By accessing or using Jigglify at https://jigglify.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or its tools.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with permission of a parent or guardian where required by law.

Service description

Jigglify provides free, browser-based tools, articles, and related content for informational and productivity purposes. Features may change, move, or be removed at any time without notice. There is no service-level agreement, uptime guarantee, or paid support commitment unless we expressly offer one in writing.

Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of content you paste into tools. You are solely responsible for that content and for verifying outputs before using them in production, security-sensitive, financial, medical, or legal contexts. Do not use the Site to process data you are not allowed to handle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape or automate access in a way that harms availability or violates these terms
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or advertising controls except through published opt-out mechanisms

We may block or limit access where needed to protect the Site, users, or third parties.

Advertising and third parties

The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied - including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Tool output may contain errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jigglify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of (or inability to use) the Site, including incorrect transformations or decisions made based on tool output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Site in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or (b) USD $50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Jigglify and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or stop offering the Site or any part of it at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.
